I've been receiving email asking questions about the site. So I figured I would add this page to answer a few of the questions  I put this site together shortly after my spinal cord injury (C-5, C-6 incomplete) from an auto accident in New York in the summer of 1995.

It was very difficult to find information on spinal cord injury at that time.  The little information i could find, was scattered across the Internet in bits and pieces. So I decided to put together a resource where someone in my situation, along with their friends and family could find everything in one place in a easy to understand format..

This site is maintained and updated by only one person (me), so sometimes things such as updates and new sections are not done as quickly as I would like, but I do my best.

I receive a lot of email from visitors asking how they can help, and suggested I set up an account with Paypal for donations to help support and keep the site on line. I can't thank everyone enough for all their support and encouragement.
